Every game has that moment. You're hungry, the line at the concession stand wraps around the concourse, and you know that the second you get up, something big is going to happen on the field.
At stadiums that use StanDeliver, you don't have to choose between eating and watching. You order from your seat on your phone, and your food is brought to you or ready for express pickup when you want it.
Here's how it works, start to finish.
1. Scan the QR code or open the menu
Look for the StanDeliver QR code at your section or at the concession stand, and scan it with your phone's camera. It opens the stand's menu right in your browser.
No QR code nearby? Open standeliver.app/menu and pick your venue and stand.
There's no app to download and no account to create. It works in any smartphone browser.
2. Pick your food
Browse the menu, tap what you want, and add it to your cart. The menu comes straight from the stand, so what you see is what they're serving.
3. Choose pickup or delivery to your seat
At checkout you'll see how the stand serves orders:
- Express pickup: we text you when your order is ready, and you grab it from the stand's pickup spot without waiting in the ordering line.
- Delivery to your seat: enter your section and seat (for example, Section 204, Row F) and your order comes to you.
Not every stand offers both. If a stand only does pickup, or only delivery, you'll see that before you order.
4. Check out
Add your name, phone number and email. Your phone number is how we text you updates, so double-check it.
Any service fee (for pickup) or delivery fee (for seat delivery) is shown in your cart before you pay. Usually you pay right in the browser; if a stand collects payment at pickup instead, checkout tells you.
5. Watch the game while it's made
After you order, you get a live tracking page that updates on its own: order received, preparing, ready, and on the way for deliveries. We also text you when your order is being prepared and when it's ready or heading your way.
So you can put your phone down and watch the game.
6. Grab it, or have it brought to you
For pickup, head to the stand when you get the "ready" text. For delivery, stay in your seat. Then get back to the game.
