When you order game-day food with StanDeliver, you can usually get it one of two ways: express pickup at the stand, or delivery to your seat. Both skip the ordering line. Here's how to pick.
How express pickup works
You order from your seat, then keep watching. When your order is ready we text you, and your tracking page flips to "Ready for pickup." Walk to the stand's pickup spot, grab your order, and you're back in your seat.
You never stand in the ordering line, and you only leave your seat once, when the food is actually ready.
How seat delivery works
At checkout, choose Delivery and enter your section and seat, like Section 204, Row F. We text you when your order is being prepared and when it's on its way, and your tracking page follows it all the way to "Delivered."
You don't leave your seat at all.
Which one should you choose?
Choose express pickup if:
- You don't mind a quick walk once your food is ready.
- You're grabbing something for a group and want to carry it back together.
- The stand you're ordering from only offers pickup.
Choose seat delivery if:
- You don't want to miss a single play.
- You're with kids, or it's tricky to get in and out of your row.
- The stand offers it. Not every stand does, and you'll see the options before you order.
What about fees?
Stands can set a service fee for pickup and a delivery fee for seat delivery, and the two can differ. Whichever you choose, the fee is shown in your cart before you pay, so there are no surprises.
